I can't tell you how excited I was when I discovered that I didn't have to drink Diet Coke in order to bloat with Mentos. I avoid anything diet-related at all costs anyway, but it also just tastes terrible.

I started with showing off the sides of my belly to give you a better idea of what I look like "before". Meanwhile, I'm playing with my soft, flabby, empty belly. Earlier in life, I used to weigh even more than I do now and I still have some loose skin (for now!), but it makes my belly so soft and squishy.

I swallowed the Mentos whole with sips of water and I've always had a hard time taking pills, so you can see me struggle to get most of them down. There are also some swallowing sounds and I muster as many burps as I can. I worry that a lifetime of suppressing burps has done irreversible damage to my ability, but I'm trying to practice and it turns out that bloating myself is a great opportunity in letting at least a couple of big belches fly. 

I wasn't sure how much my microphone would capture, so you'll see me move it around some, trying to capture as many burps, gurgles, gulping, and bloated belly sloshing sounds as I could! I boosted the volume as much as possible while editing, but you might want to turn the volume up to really hear some of the sloshes.

After I swallow my first few Mentos and gulp some Cherry Coke, I learn just how fast and effective the bloating is, making me pant and moan, followed by some rapid-fire belches. I try to make myself more comfortable by tugging at my dress, but give in to exposing my belly and making myself jiggle while pouting. 

I haven't bloated or stuffed myself in a while, so I take a moment to admire my own belly and jiggle myself more. As always, I want more, so I manage to find room and chase more Mentos with Cherry Coke. 

This was such a fun experience and I definitely want to do more. That round, full, belching feeling was so blissful. And now that I know my limits with it, I absolutely want to push them 😈

By the end, it felt like I could barely sit up, panting and whining both about the pressure in my stomach and the undeniable fact that I wanted MORE.

PS: A heads up I like to include is that if you hear my heartbeat or a ticking noise like a watch, it's my artificial heart valve! I have to listen to it all day every day for forever, so it's just a part of me!

I found these skinny "before" photos (from 2021) earlier today. this is/was my favorite set of lingerie and it was from Solstice Intimates, so I paid good money for them. that's also why I chickened out on trying to make the bottoms stretch over my hips, so I only held them in front of me in the 2nd pic 😅 someday I'll custom order another set! 😭 I feel so much more confident in my big, fat body than I did at 180 lbs.

I've been doing some spring cleaning around the house and came across a pair of old underwear. my perception now is so skewed that the old pair seems so tiny! the two pairs pictured are the exact same brand and style. I even have the literal receipt from the last time I bought them and sized up! the "cotton stretch" 3XLs from the same receipt are ripped 😅 (but yes I still have them 😅😅😅)

I'm trying to upcycle a pair of jeans I ripped 😅 I want to wear them for a stuffing tomorrow! it's the classic tale of one side being shorter than the other and now the longer side is even shorter than the original short side 😐 nevertheless, I'll finish making them look cuter than they already are and you can keep them peepers peeled for me stuffing a whole mess of pasta 🤤 I'm excited!

I ordered it a couple of sizes too big and it looks like I'm maybe a couple of sizes bigger now 😅 I feel really cute in it and am excited to wear it more, especially as it shrinks on me! I've been working on a video where I enjoy a light snack of an entire cake and washed it down with milk, whipped topping, and some savory Cheez-Its to balance out and crunch on while the neighbor's dog barked in the background.
