I have issues with time and I need to figure out how to get over it lol. I’m so strict about schedules (even though I don’t need to be) like if I am not up and ready for the gym by 8am most of the time I won’t go, even if it’s just 1 hour later. Dunno why!! Makes me anxious then I get SUUUPER irritated that I ruined my day lmao. And I’m like this with sooo many other things. I think it keeps me from doing basic life things. I dont know if that makes any sense at all 😂 if you guys have any tips or can help meee im happy to listen hehe 😌 I’d like to just be able to wake up not pissed off at myself for not reaching my expectations of myself. I so badly just want to be able to go through life calmly and I think I need to really focus on making this happen, for my mental health
