✨ The Perks:
— That post-workout glow hits different… sweaty, flushed, and kinda cute 😅
— I love the way my body feels after — tired, but in the best "you've been a very good girl today" way 😉
— Sleep has never felt so satisfying… maybe it’s the workouts, maybe it’s the dreams 👀
😳 The Awkward Bits:
— Everyone looks like they know exactly what they’re doing, and I’m just there like "Is this machine gonna spank me if I touch the wrong button?" 😳
— Gym clothes? Suddenly feel very tight in very specific places…
— My muscles are sore in places I didn’t even know I had — and I’m not mad about it 😏
But here's the thing:
I’m not stopping. Because I love the way this journey makes me feel — stronger, bolder, a little dangerous.💕
