When the music is playing and my eyes are closed, I am lost to the moment. It's as if the rest of the world has ceased to exist for just a moment. It is a small drop of relief in a vast world of uncertainty and stress. I am simply over the moon with being able to get back into this.
This also allows me a new line of ideas for content involving the hoop. You could watch me practice while wearing nothing at all.😈
