


2024 wasn’t a great year for progress on my fitness goals, a lot of other things took my attention while I worked hard on other aspects of my life - and so I was barely using the gym a lot of the months
2025 I want to focus a lot more on those fitness goals, and smash some of the targets I didn’t hit last year - hope you’ll join me for the ride!
