

I thought I'd share with you my tips for choosing home workout gear 🏋️♀️ To make your workouts at home effective and varied, it's important to pick the right gear. Here are my recommendations:
1️⃣ Expanders and resistance bands. An indispensable thing for training legs and buttocks! They take up little space, but they are of great help. To begin with, it is enough to choose a rubber band of medium stiffness.
2️⃣ Dumbbells. Ideal for training arms, shoulders and back. If you are just starting, take a weight of 1-2 kg, and for advanced level - you can 3-5 kg and more
3️⃣ Fitball or mini ball. Great for abs and stretching exercises, and it can be used to create professional sets on any body.
4️⃣ Yoga mat. This is the foundation of comfort. You need a mat for any workout so you don't slip and get hurt.
5️⃣ Jump rope. If one wants to add cardio, a jump rope is the perfect choice. It's great for endurance and doesn't require a lot of space.
