I haven't worked out in nearly a year PLUS I haven't moved from my bed in nearly 2 MONTHS I knew I was out of shape but I didn't realize JUST how out of shape I am...This entire video I am PANTING, barely able to breathe... I NEVER want to work out AGAIN! Even after this very MILD workout I was barely able to move for 2 days after and was sooo sore...
