I just wanted to eat a healthy snack and thought I was gonna die bc of it ☹️ partner came home and gave me lots of allergy meds & I’m feeling a lil better now but I’ve lost all momentum to do productive things for the day. i swear, every time I get on top of my shit, I jus get blindsided 😔 gonna focus on self care today so I don’t fall back into the vicious cycle of unproductivity
