Prone Dumbell Flies 10-12 reps 3 sets Decline DB press 8-10 reps 3 sets Press-ups AMRAP 2 sets Shoulder press 8-10 reps 4 sets Lat raise 10-12reps 3 sets Band pull apart 25 reps 3 sets. I just found a throwback photo of me aged 26. Some shape on me😂
