Just got back from urgent care. My fever spiked to 103.8 lat..

I apparently have a severe sinus infection , strept throat and acute bronchitis. Fever has been reduced. But man do I feel like a bag of dirty buttholes. I'll be around when I can today. Gonna chip away at DMs throughout the day. If I'm not around I'm most likely dead. 💀
