Unfortunately, unless youre right here draggiing me out of bed and making sure I don't just lie on the sofa crying all day, there's not much you can do. LUCKILY I have a great housemate who's been doing just that the past 2 days to get me going. Today I actually went to the shops by myself ;) ;) ;) ;) which is a major breakthrough for me haha. Anyways, thank you as always for being patient on this never ending road.
