Just a friendly reminder from your big booty cutie, wear sunscreen, even on overcast days. Pop on a hat and wear long sleeves when out in the sun (where possible). I love being at the beach in summer and I am usually pottering in my garden, so remembering to reapply is important. If you ever wondered how to work out when to reapply your sunscreen, SPF # multiplied by how long it takes your skin to turn pink in the sun, equals the number of minutes till you need to reapply 🌻 (eg SPF30 x 2minutes = 60minutes) Look after your amazing bodies ❤️
