Fitness Progress 2024

I've been working with my personal trainer since we became friends back in 2008 and I thought it would make for a fun VLOG to show my progress over the last 15-years. Like many who fancy the gym life or working out in general, I go through phases where I enjoy a gym membership and other times where I much rather workout at home. I primarily train solo but there are a few clips featuring our sessions together and recently, I've started incorporating heels into my routine. Not the safest unless I'm using resistance bands but there are some strength training workouts that can be quite effective if done with caution and mind-to-muscle connection. Heels make it a lot more interesting but what I really love is the fact that it only makes sense to dress hot if I'm going to sport sexy footwear, right?

For our 12th year anniversary, we wanted to do something spontaneous and Bisbee has been our on our bucket list for a while now. It's a small town located in Southeast Arizona with a population of less than 5,000 people and known for it's mining history. Our original plan was to see the Copper Queen Mine and maybe do a ghost tour but we were just going to wing it. We stayed at The Inn at Castle Rock located in Historic Old Bisbee which was once named, Murihead House - Bisbee's largest wooden structure built in 1895 as a boarding house for copper miners. Also said to be haunted. We wanted to get the "full experience" so it was by choice that we stayed here.

Bisbee is a 3-hour drive from home, we pretty much checked in, dropped our stuff off and set out on foot for the rest of the day. We were in the heart of old town so every "tourist attraction" was right there. I would say it is a quaint and fascinating place to be but as soon as the sun goes down, things get rather dark... and I'm not referring to the sky. We hit up shops, ate at various places and bar hopped until the end of the night. Either we were at the wrong place at the wrong time, several times, or just have a little more decernment than others when it comes to creepy shit. Either way, super great time... VERY eerie vibes.
