Happy Tuesday folks! Something new for me but I’m focusing on myself properly and at least having two days a week where I don’t ride or focus on content and can enjoy myself and do what I want to do. I’m in the city and hanging out and enjoying myself! It’s important to put yourself no1 and have a healthy balance of work and social life.

Cool MTB hack for when your dropper post doesn’t work…you can use a tube to hold it down. Tie it on the rails of your saddle then under your top tube of your frame! Boooom
