I did something huge for myself and Iām proud of it. Itās been a long time comin, but Iāve officially gone back to school to pursue holistic health coaching!
Quick lil backstory: I graduated in 2015 with my biomedical science degree. I thought I was going to become a doctor, but had a rude awakening when I worked on an ambulance as an EMT for a couple years. Iām participating in a year long online course called The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and all of their core values and teachings feel SO deeply aligned.
