I love supersets! I think itโs a great way to keep your heart rate up during your workouts. Give yourself little rest time by alternating muscle groups or exercises, and yield better results!
Here I start with overhead press with the 45 pound Olympic bar and jump right into upright rows with the 60 pound bar.
Give it a try, you will feel the burn ๐ฅ

Squats are one of my favorite exercises as it works so many different muscle groups! Nothing makes me feel stronger ๐ช๐ผ
Here I am doing 185 till failure, with 10 reps being the ultimate goal. In this video, I got to 8 reps. I will do 4-5 sets of this and superset with a lighter weight hypertrophy exercise!
