While some people think these legs relate to the quality, sweetness or viscosity of the wine, THEY DO NOT. Tonight I’m enjoying wine and came across a great one I thought I would share. Things are very different with this pandemic still going on. Going out is such an amazing treat I feel most of us took for granted. Pisco Sours origin is Peruvian, typical of the cuisines from Peru and Chile. Pisco is a brandy made in Peru. Pisco-based mixed beverages possibly dates back to the 1700s but the cocktail we know today as the Pisco-Sour dates back to the early 1920s in Lima, the capital of Peru, by the American bartender Victor Vaughen Morris. Peruvians and Chileans both have their own version of this cocktail and to this day it is very Controversial who makes it better! What do you think, Who makes it better???? Cocktail-Rating = 5 The Drink 2 ounces pisco 1 ounce simple syrup 3/4 ounce key lime juice 1 egg white 2 to 3 dashes Angostura bitters Shake with ice Vigorously never blend, so you get a nice foam on top Don't forget to tip your bartender :)

They’re sooooooooooo good 💛 Cocktail-Rating = 4 The Drink🍍🥥🍍🥥🍍 4-6 servings 6 ounces white rum 6 ounces cream of coconut 6 ounces pineapple juice 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks 4 cups ice 4 ounces golden or añejo rum Blend all ingredients together, should be a thick smoothie Consistency Pineapple leaves or wedges for garnish Whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon on top is delicious (optional)
