Running will always be my sport of choice but it’s not often that I run long distance anymore because of how much stress it puts on my body. Be sure to eat well, drink LOTS of water, stretch, ice any sore areas, and cross train!

💗🥰Have you tried climbing before?🤩 Doing tons of Yoga and Pilates focuses more on pushing but adding in body weight pull ups is the best form of cross training for a yogi! 🧗♀️ 💜 Plus, climbing is great to build strength and is a fun puzzle!

💜If you say you aren’t flexible, you should’ve see my splits 3 years ago.🥹 Practice and consistently will get you farther than you could’ve possibly imagined. 😉💕Quit saying your aren’t flexible. If you want to get flexible start stretching daily, and you’ll wake up one morning and realize that the lies you’ve been telling yourself was the biggest obstacle.🥵🥰
