Would you like to see this body up on stage competing in a bodybuilder or fitness competition? 🤔 the idea intrigues me. Just know it'd require lots of changes to my workouts & nutrition. I do eat a fairly clean diet & gave up excess sugars 6 yrs ago...yes, that means no cakes, candy, cookies, pastries, or ice cream😄. I know hard concept to think about, but it was a no brainer for me as I was having knee & hip pains. After seeing an ortho Dr, it was determined it was simply inflation 🙄.
